Shipping Policy

Orders ship within 2-5 days. Depending on when you place your order, it can take 2-12 days to arrive if you are in the US. Expedited shipping methods are available.
Rates and shipping times will be listed at checkout.
Orders placed M-F by 5pm will be processed within 1-2 business days of your order.
Any orders placed between Friday at 5pm and Sunday will be processed after the weekend.
At this time we are not processing any International orders.
Each package is shipped with our utmost care. Our hope is that our cards are received with joy and excitement!

Return & Exchange Policy

Your satisfaction is incredibly important to us!

You’re going to LOVE what you get, or we will replace it with something you will!

If you aren’t in love with your selection, we will be happy to replace it with something that you are. Please email emma@bungalowhousestudio.com with your order number on the subject line and please give a brief description of why this piece did not suit your taste.

If the product arrives in a damaged condition, we will replace it for you free of charge. Please email emma@bungalowhousestudio.com with a photo of the damaged goods and order number and we will replace your product as soon as possible.

For returns due to any other reason, please initiate the return by emailing emma@bungalowhousestudio.com within 14 days from receiving the product. The original order shipping cost will be non-refundable.

All orders that have already been processed and shipped cannot be canceled. Please note that all sales are final.
