Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to process International orders.

How soon will I receive my order?

Orders are shipped within 2-5 business days. Depending on when you place your order and the delivery method you use, it may take 2-12 days after your order ships for it to arrive. If you need your order sooner and are in the U.S., expedited shipping methods are available.

How much do you charge for shipping?

The cost of shipping depends of the method you choose at checkout. We offer a few different shipping methods to meet your needs. All available rates and shipping times are listed at checkout.

Why isn't my payment going through?

Please double check that you're inputing the correct billing zip code associated with your credit card. If the problem persists, you may need to contact your card provider.

How soon after ordering will I be charged?

Your card will be charged immediately after placing an order. To ensure your security, we don't store your payment information.

How do I know if my order was placed successfully?

Once you play your order, you should receive order confirmation within a couple of hours. Make sure to check your spam, trash, and promotional folders.

Can I make changes to my order once it's been placed?

Unfortunately, we can't make changes or cancel an order after it's been submitted.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is placed, you will receive an email from us with a tracking number.*

If you're unsure if you've received an email with the tracking number, please check your spam, trash, and promotions folders. Sometimes the shipping confirmation will be automatically sorted into one of these folders.

*The carrier may not update the tracking frequently. If your order has been shipped but the tracking hasn't been updated in a few days, chances are, it's on it's way.

My order never arrived, what should I do?

Oh dear! We're sorry to hear that. While Bungalow House Studio and our shipping carriers operate separately, we're here to offer some support:

If your package is marked as delivered but hasn't arrived yet, don't worry! Sometimes carriers scan items a little early. Keep an eye out for your package in the next couple of hours.

If the tracking hasn't been updated for a while or wasn't updated since the label's creation, it's possible that the package was lost in transit. Please email us, and we'll help you look into this.

For temporary shipping addresses, please note that we are not responsible for undelivered packages if the recipient is no longer there upon delivery within the estimated timeline.

Email us at kali@bungalowhousestudio.com about any lost packages within 14 days* of the ship date. Please included the order number in the subject line and a brief description of the issue.

*If a package isn't reported as lost within this time frame, we won't be able to help with a replacement or refund.

What is your return/exchange policy?

Your satisfaction is incredibly important to us! Please initiate any returns within 14 days of receiving your order. For more details on our return and exchange policy, click here.

Please note that the original order shipping cost will be non-refundable.

Is there a return fee?

All returns are free of charge, however, the initial shipping cost is non-refundable.

When will I receive my refund?

Most refunds will process within 5-7 business days of delivery confirmation.

My order arrived damaged, what should I do?

Oh no! While we take great care to ensure your product arrives to you in excellent condition, sometimes the products can be damaged in transit.

If the product arrives damaged, we will replace it for you free of charge. Please email kali@bungalowhousestudio.com with a photo of the damaged product(s) and order number and we will replace your product(s) as soon as possible.

I received my order, but I don't like how it looks in person. What should I do?

Our customer's satisfaction is our number one priority. If you don't love with your selection, we will be happy to replace it with something that you do. Send an email to kali@bungalowhousestudio.com with your order number in the subject line and share a brief explanation of why this piece did not suit your taste.

PRODUCTS

How are your products packaged?

Greeting Cards

Each card is sealed with it’s envelope in a clear cellophane bag to ensure your card arrive in high-quality, pristine condition. Multiple-card orders are sealed together in a larger cellophane bag. Large orders are packaged in a box. Our packaging is designed to not bend to ensure a happy delivery!

Art Prints

Art print orders are sealed in a large cellophane bag and placed in a box to prevent water damage and bending during delivery.

Gifts Sets

Gift sets are packaged in a box to prevent water damage and bending during delivery.

If your product is damaged upon delivery, please email emma@bungalowhousestudio.com with a picture of the damaged product(s) and your order number to receive a replacement.

What is the quality of your products?

Each of the designs on our products are reproductions of original watercolor art by Emma Maxwell.

The watercolor paintings are scanned by a high quality Epson scanner at 600dpi or higher, typically 1200 dpi. After the art is scanned, we correct the image using photo editing software to ensure the product color will be at its highest quality between scan to print.

Our process is designed to review each and every card before it is shipped to meet our quality standards. Each card is hand scored, cut to size and provided with a pre-sealed envelope. All cards are protected by a clear cellophane wrap.

Please note that the image on your screen may vary in color from the actual print when you receive it.

Our hours of operation are Monday-Friday 9 a.m - 5 p.m. EST.

Why "Bungalow House Studio"?

Emma & Christian Maxwell were blessed to purchase a 115 year old Bungalow home. The minute they stepped in the door, they knew that this Bungalow would be the house they called "home." In their Bungalow house, they decided to take a leap of faith to start Bungalow House Studio. With Emma's roots in Interior Design, the name Bungalow House Studio was only appropriate.
